Due to the resignation of Councilmember Claro “Larry” R. Formalejo, on March 12, 2008, the Town of Colma City Council is seeking individuals who are interested in becoming a member of the City Council to serve the remainder of his vacant term. The term expires in November 2008.
Individuals interested in being considered for the appointment must be registered to vote in the Town of Colma . Applicants must submit a completed City application (Willing to Serve Form), a letter of intent, and a resume detailing their public service. The City Council will interview potential appointees at a Special Meeting scheduled on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Council Chamber at Town Hall, 1198 El Camino Real, Colma , CA .
