On May 31, 2020 at approximately 12:48 am, Colma Police Officers were dispatched to an alarm call at the Best Buy Store located at 200 Colma Blvd in Colma. Upon the Officers arrival, it was determined that the building had been burglarized with multiple glass doors having been broken along with the metal roll down gate. Officers located three suspects emerging from the burglarized Best Buy with numerous electronics in their possession. The Daly City Police Department and Broadmoor Police Department responded with Colma Officers to assist, and all three suspects were taken into custody without incident.

The three suspects were identified as Keonna Davis, a 24-year old female resident of Oakland, Alex Scott an 18-year old female resident of Richmond, and Kalia Washington a 19-year old female resident of Richmond. Additional officers from the Pacifica Police Department arrived on scene to assist with a search of the business, which was clear of any additional suspects.

It was ultimately determined that approximately 15 suspects had broken into the Best Buy and had fled with an estimated $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 worth of stolen Best Buy merchandise. The other suspects fled prior to police arrival and remain at large.

A search of the suspects’ vehicle revealed a trunk full of suspected stolen merchandise from various stores throughout the Bay Area. Several of the items were still attached to the display racks from the various stores that had been looted earlier that evening. The suspects were booked into the San Mateo County Jail on several felony charges.
