At a Special City Council Meeting on November 16, 2022, the Colma City Council unanimously appointed Colma resident, Carrie Slaughter to the City Council. Ms. Slaughter was appointed to retired City Council Member Diana Colvin’s vacated City Council seat. Ms. Slaughter will serve until the term expires in November 2024.
“It was a very difficult decision because we had such great candidates to choose from,” said Mayor Helen Fisicaro. “We are all looking forward to working with Ms. Slaughter over the next two years.”
Ms. Slaughter’s first meeting will be at the City Council Reorganization on December 13, 2022 at 6:00p.m.
