The Town of Colma, in its continuing effort to inform the public of policies, procedures and the laws that govern our municipality, proudly presents its Administrative Code, Municipal Code and Parking Code.

The Administrative Code is a codification of all resolutions that prescribe rules, policies and procedures applicable to the internal functions of the organization. In addition, the General Plan is found in the Administrative Code.

The Municipal Code is a codification of all ordinances that prescribe rules, policies and procedures applicable generally to persons and things subject to the jurisdiction of the Town of Colma.

The Parking Code is a codification of all resolutions that prescribe rules regulating the parking of vehicles within the Town of Colma, including no-parking (red) zones, timed (green) parking zones, and limited use (blue) parking zones. However, under state law, some parking regulations may only be adopted by ordinance. For Colma, these regulations may be found in Chapter 6 of the Colma Municipal Code.
