Applications for booth space for the Dia de Los Muertos Festival is hereby made subject to acceptance by the Festival Coordinators. All booth spaces are at least 8x8. All applicants will have access to one booth space. The Town of Colma will not furnish any tents or décor. The Town will provide chairs and a limited amount of tables supplied on a first come, first served basis. Power is NOT available, if necessary; vendors must furnish their own quiet generator & lighting. Set Up 11:00 am -12:30 am - Hours of Operation 1:00 am-4:00 pm - Tear Down: 4:00 pm- 5:30 pm. Note: LIMITED SPACES ARE AVAILABLE. ALL VENDORS APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY OCTOBER 18, 2024. SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS, ONCE SPACES ARE FILLED A WAIT LIST WILL BE CREATED.

    Food Trucks are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Town of Colma as additionally insured. Food Vendors are required to submit proof current Food Handlers Certificate. Please submit Food Handers Certificate/COI by October 18, 2024.
    Please indicate if you will need an 8 foot table, chairs will be provided. Tables are first come, first served. We will notify you if we are able to reserve one for you.

  • 1. All vendors must remain in operation during all festival hours and cannot tear down until the conclusion of the event. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. All vendors must submit photographs of their booth signage, and product. 3. Space will be assigned only after application has been approved by Colma Recreation Department and is done on a first-come first-served basis. Locations will be assigned by the Committee in the best interest of the Festival as a whole. 4. All approved vendors will be notified of their booth space number, with regulations and a map within a week prior to the event date.
