Free Recycling Event and Compost Giveaway

On Saturday, October 14, 2017 the Town of Colma and Republic Services will host a Free Recycling Event and Compost Giveaway.  The recycling event will be held at the Town’s Corporation Yard at 601 F Street from 9:00am -12:00pm.  Colma residents with current Colma Resident ID Cards will be permitted to bring Household Hazardous Waste (paints, cleaners, fertilizer, motor oil, fluorescent lights, batteries, etc) and E-Waste (TV’s, computers, printers, monitors, DVD players, etc.) for disposal and recycling.

There will also be a FREE compost giveaway in the parking lot of the Colma Community Center, 1520 Hillside Blvd from October 14 – 21, 2017.  Please bring your own shovels, gloves and containers.  The compost giveaway will be available while supplies last.
