Meetings of the Economic Development Subcommittee are held in-person in Colma Town Hall, 1198 El Camino Real, CA 94014. Members of the public wishing to speak are requested to complete a yellow speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk. Comments should be kept to three minutes or less.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Economic Development Subcommittee on any matter not on the agenda. Members of the public participating in person are requested to complete a yellow speaker card and submit it to staff before addressing the Economic Development Subcommittee. If there appears to be a large number of speakers, speaking time may be reduced to no less than one minute, at the discretion of the Chair. Members of the public are limited to one comment at this time. State law prohibits the Economic Development Subcommittee from discussing or acting on non-agenda items, and generally limits the ability of the Economic Development Subcommittee to respond to any public comments made regarding non-agenda items.
CITY MANAGER/STAFF UPDATES
The City Manager and/or staff will provide updates to the Subcommittee on economic development issues in Town.
DISCUSSION
- Review of Fiscal Year’s 2022-23 & 2023-24 Two Year Economic Development Work Plan
The Subcommittee will receive status updates for ongoing initiatives and strategize future priorities.
- Building of the Agenda for Future Meetings
The Subcommittee may brainstorm and provide direction to staff on future items to be discussed at any future Subcommittee meeting.
