You can register to vote online at the CA Secretary of State website or submit your voter registration form to the San Mateo County Clerk’s Office (Registration and Elections Division) by mail or in person. The San Mateo County Clerk’s Office (Registration and Elections Division) is located at 40 Tower Road, San Mateo, CA 94402. You may pick up a voter registration form at any of the following locations:
- San Mateo County Clerk’s Office (Registration and Elections Division);
- Post Offices;
- Libraries;
- Any fire station;
- City Clerks’ Offices; or
- The Department of Motor Vehicles
