How do I make a request for public records?

You can request public records by submitting a Public Records Request (PRA) to the Town. Be as specific as possible about the records you are looking for to help us process your request in a timely manner.

To submit a request or learn more, visit our Public Records Request page or contact the City Clerk’s Office at 650-997-8300.

You may be able to find what you’re looking for with the Town’s Records and Document Search program without having to come to Town Hall or submitting a PRA. Click to learn more.
