| Given the growing threat of extreme weather, we want all of our customers to be prepared for power outages. If gusty winds and dry conditions, combined with a heightened fire risk, threaten a portion of the electric system serving your community, it will be necessary for us to turn off electricity in the interest of public safety. This is called a Public Safety Power Shutoff. |

| Find Out if You’re Eligible for PG&E’s Medical Baseline Program |
| PG&E’s Medical Baseline Program is an assistance program for residential customers who have special energy needs due to qualifying medical conditions. Eligibility is based on medical conditions or needs of a person in your home, NOT on income. The program includes two different kinds of help: |

| To be eligible, a qualified medical practitioner (i.e. A licensed physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or person licensed pursuant to the Osteopathic Initiative Act) must certify that a full-time resident in your home requires use of qualifying medical devices to treat ongoing medical conditions. |
