C.A.P.E. is a volunteer program that provides Colma Residents with the opportunity to train and assist the Colma Community in an emergency situation.
In the fall of 2018 we established and trained a core group of volunteers that can assist in a natural disaster or major event, but are looking for more. We plan to continue training in 2019, so its not to late to learn how to assist your community in an emergency.
