A copy of your police report may be obtained in person or via mail.

Cost

  • $10 for reports
  • $5 for CAD calls (computer generated incidents)
  • $20 for a set of 12 report photograph reprints

Requirements

In-person

  1. Printed and completed Application to Obtain Police Report (link below)
  2. ID card or driver's license
  3. Payment (exact change or personal check accepted; no second party checks or credit cards)

U.S. Mail

  1. Printed and completed Application to Obtain Police Report (link below)
  2. Copy of ID card or driver's license
  3. Personal check accepted (no second party checks)*

*Do not send cash for mail-in requests.
